2 toasted whole wheat bread slices
-To Be Mixed Together For The Topping
1/4 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cup grated apples
1 tbsp finely chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped spring onions whites and greens
1/2 tsp mustard powder
salt and to taste
Chop celery and onions. Grate an apple. Mix vegetables with curds and seasonings.
Divide the topping into 2 equal portions.
Spread a portion of the topping on each toast.
